When and How Many?
You should have at least three nursing bras before you even give birth. Shop for your size when you're 7 or 8 months pregnant so you'll have a few nursing bras to begin with. Shop for a few more nursing bras a couple of weeks after birth, when your milk has come in.
Aim to have enough nursing bras to use in between doing the laundry. Therefore, the more often you do laundry, the fewer nursing bras you'll need. Remember, that you'll be changing nursing bras more often than usual because of leaks, especially in the first few months of breastfeeding.
